Hey,

Is this the first time you are launching a Ubisoft game from Epic? Or have you played a Ubisoft game from Epic before?

I can see that you just connected through chat, are you able to add your launcher logs to the ticket that was created. We will need to escalate this to the game team:

launcher_log.txt located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\logs"
