What troubleshooting have you tried so far? Have you tried deleting the file then launching Siege with admin rights?

From what I can find there could be a number of things causing this which seem pretty random. For example:

Are you able to see what programs are running in the background as well? Just to see if there are any conflicts

Thanks for that, I just had a look on your account and can see your previous ticket, one big troubleshooting step that you haven't tried is changing your DPI Scaling to 100 instead of 125. Also you need to perform a SFC scan: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/...rrupted-system
