Hi there, @rudeface - great to hear you've been using the first person mode! The various powers unlocked in this mode are just for fun, so it is indeed the case that you aren't intentioned to be able to actually fight fires with the water spraying power. I hope you've found it fun nonetheless!

The system parts you've described certainly meet our system requirements for minimum settings, so freezes of five minutes are very unusual. If you've been sure to verify the game files, update your graphics drivers and OS, and you've made sure there's no background programs slowing down your system (all steps noted in our ...

Hey there OneMezri, thanks for your post about this I'll be happy to share some guidance on how you might be able to solve this.

If the login box is coming up for you, that does suggest Ubisoft Connect is installed, so it could be that you've installed Ubisoft Connect with a previous Ubisoft game, to a different location than the default. As such, I'd recommend reinstalling Ubisoft Connect.

This isn't an error code I recognise from our lists. Would you be able to send me across a screenshot or picture of the error? This article from Microsoft shows how to take screenshots, but just pointing your phone at your screen and taking a picture would be fine too, so long as the error message is clear

Hey fissilecore, thanks for your post about this! I really appreciate it, as I'd like to get this looked into.

For the first issue, can you tell me what the expected reward would be for the fossil? I don't have the game to hand myself at present, and I want to make sure I'm reporting the correct information onwards for us to investigate.

For the second, please make sure you've had a look at our troubleshooting guide, and made sure to follow the verifying your game files steps, and updating your graphics drivers and OS. This makes sure that all your files are up to date and definitely not corrupted, so we know that isn't causing this graphics glitch. Let me know if this doubling issue persists with this icon thereafter. Thanks!

Can you make sure to run through our troubleshooting guide previously suggested by Ubi-WheelyDuck? In particular, make sure you are doing the 'verify game files' step, as this should solve any file and language issues.
