Thanks very much for getting those two videos to us, samppa10s - that's certainly very unusual! Just a few questions for you before I pass this on to be investigated further

� So, just to double-check I'm understanding correctly, looking at a drone with another drone causes this unusual snapping glitch, and it can sometimes look like it is moving forwards - is that correct?

� Can you give me a bit more information about what inputs you'd pressed in the second video? What steps did you take to make that happen?

� I gather that this was recorded on Playstation, but was it a PS4 or a PS5?

Hi ExpatBratDXB, welcome to the forums! Great to hear you've returned to Siege, but really unfortunate you're having connection issues.

There isn't a way to manually change your data centre on the console version. However, I strongly recommend checking out our connectivity guide, and in particular making sure to reset your network hardware, go wired if you can, and consider contacting your ISP or router's manufacturer and have them help you set up your router's config as per the guide.

Hey The.Quiet.Kid, thanks for your posts about this. Sorry to hear you haven't received the Siege rewards for playing Future Soldier.

We're not always able to help directly with this issue - it's a complicated issue currently being investigated. Sincerest apologies that my colleagues weren't able to unlock that for you on the spot, but we're looking to have a resolution in place as soon as we can.

Hey DKH-02, welcome to the forums! Sorry you're having trouble launching your game - we'll be happy to help you solve that.

This usually happens when you've activated the game on a different Ubisoft Connect account to the one you're currently logged into. As such, the easiest fix is to have a think if you've had other accounts on other email addresses, and try logging into those on Ubisoft Connect, then try again to launch the game.

If you're having trouble locating such an account, please get in touch by one of our direct support channels, as they'll be able to help you find it. Any of the links below will be great - just remember to include your Ubisoft Connect username and email address, and any other usernames or email addresses you recall having, so we can find your details and get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Hey Hellrazor, welcome to the forum! Very sorry to read that you lost MMR after being in a match with a cheater, that sounds very frustrating.

Just to check that I'm understanding correctly - were you in the same match as your friend, against this cheater? In that case, we would indeed expect you to have been part of the rollback. Please note that, as explained in our support article, there are limits to our rollbacks based on your maximum MMR for a season.

Let me know if you think you should still have been part of that rollback, and I'll let our dev team know so we can investigate further internally.

Hey Spepir, welcome to the Siege forums. Sorry to hear you got disconnection and sanctioned - that sounds very frustrating.

While we're not able to help with the ban itself, we can certainly advise you on how you can minimise the chances of disconnections - it sounds like your connection may have timed out due to high latency, in this case. Please see our connectivity guide, and make sure you do all the steps, particularly resetting your network hardware, going for a wired connection if you can, and setting up your router as per our recommendations with the help of your ISP (or the router's manufacturer).

Hey NO_TOWER, welcome to the forums!

In windowed or borderless mode, the game is part of your desktop, and so needs to use your desktop refresh rate. You'll be able to change this in Windows itself, and here's Microsoft's guide showing how this is done.

We make sure to keep a very close watch over our servers, and announce any outages. We've not had any reports of any problems over at least the last several days, so I'm not able to explain how so many people seemed to disconnect from your game at the same time, but I can confidently say that it's not something we'd expect to be caused by our server.

I really appreciate you listing the steps you've already tried - that's very helpful. Can you also double-check that you've also tried a clean boot, as suggested by Ubi-TheBerry? Here's Microsoft's support article explaining this process. You'd already tried reducing the number of programs you had running, but this will make doubly sure that no other processes are interfering with the game.
