Hey NkZz, welcome to the forum! Great to hear you're playing Siege, but very frustrating that its settings keep resetting.

This usually happens if the game doesn't have the right read/write permissions to properly save the settings file between sessions, which can happen depending on where it is installed and the security settings on your system. Please try running the game and its launcher with administrator rights, and see if that fixes it

If it's still happening, let me know, and I'll have further solutions we can try!

Welcome to the forum, VeteranGralorn, and thanks for posting about this disconnect. That sounds very frustrating indeed.

We've had no reports of any issues with our servers recently, so I recommend making sure to check out our connectivity guide. In particular, make sure you've reset your network hardware, gone wired if possible, and consider contacting your ISP so they can help you set up your router as per our guidance in the article.

We've made this change to make Renown gain more consistent between all our game modes, both PvE and PvP. Usually, this happens if the game is activated on another Ubisoft Connect account than the one you're signed into. Please get in touch with us via one of our direct support platforms, linked below, and one of my teammates will be able to have a closer look at your account and help you get it sorted. Please be sure to include your Ubisoft Connect username or email address (and include those of any other accounts you recall having) if getting in touch at these links, that really helps speed up our support

Hi there Keenact, thanks for your posts about this. It certainly sounds very frustrating to be disconnected, so I'll be happy to advise you.

Ubi-Tiger is absolutely correct - we're not in a position to rescind temporary bans, or make MMR adjustments. Furthermore, we've not had any reports of any issues with our servers over at least the past few days. As such, I'd like to echo Ubi-Tiger's advice to check out our connectivity guide, particularly resetting your networking hardware, switching to a wired connection where possible, and working with your ISP to make sure you've got your router set up in the way we suggest in the guide.

Hey there Z4RO, welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear you got disconnected, causing an MMR loss and a ban. That certainly sounds very frustrating.

I've mentioned in Keenact already, and just to reiterate, we've had no reports of issues with our servers over the past few days. As such, I'd recommend making sure to check out connectivity guide, and make sure to follow all of its steps (but especially resetting your network hardware, going wired if you can, and contacting your ISP to request their help in setting up your router correctly).

If you find you continue to have connection issues, let me know, as I'll have further troubleshooting steps you can try.

Please have a look at our troubleshooting guide - in particular, make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game.

It sounds like something with your new system is interfering with your connection - did your network setup change at all? For example, did you change to a wireless connection, or have different network security software installed on the old system?

Thanks very much for pointing that out to us, The_Mocker21 - we really appreciate it! We'd want your kills to count for their respective challenges, so we'd like to investigate further.

First, can you look at our connectivity guide? Challenges not updating can suggest something causing issues with your connection.In particular, from that article, please remember to reset your network hardware, switch to a wired connection (if possible, and if you aren't already), and work with your ISP to enable UPnP, forward the listed ports, and make sure your NAT is open.

Thanks very much for reporting this to us, gamerrman123 - certainly very unusual to have the Steam Overlay not function during gameplay, but work fine during menus I'd really like to investigate!

Please start by verifying the game files in Steam, just in case something about your install is blocking the overlay during gameplay.

Hi Tap-n-Move, thanks for your post about this.

Although we do look to post on our forums as often as we can, we're not able to do so every day. As such, if we don't get back to you straight away, please don't take this as any indication that we're not always working to make our game as fair as it can be. Indeed, we're continually working, based on feedback like your post, to enact technologies and systems that cut down on exploitative play. We don't have anything we can share at the moment, however.

Let me know if you've got any other thoughts or questions about this in the meantime.

Thanks for getting that save file to us, AilingTheo - that's most helpful! However, I've tried following the link, and it brings me to an error page. Would you be able to try posting the link a second time?

In lieu of a video (I know it's not always easy to record gameplay footage!), we'd love just some screenshots showing the situation - one showing your current quest, and one showing where the camera moves to when you click the quest text. Would you be able to do that for us?

We really appreciate the help with this. Any media you can provide demonstrating the issue will be great for our investigation.

Would you be able to show me some screenshots? I'd like to see one showing your quest log, so we can see exactly which quest you're referring to, and one showing your warehouse lacking the items. With these, I'll be able to highlight this issue to our dev teams.
