As you might be aware, Anno 1800 supports cloud saves. Did you have any saves on the cloud? If so, you may be able to retrieve the profile. This support article shows how to use the cloud save function to do this.

Really appreciate your feedback on this, Darukutsu. I can certainly understand that, sometimes, disconnections are out of our control. Fortunately, since we'd hope that our players have a solid, stable connection and system the majority of the time, the occasional MMR loss from accidental disconnections shouldn't matter too much. In addition, for players having disconnections due to network issues, we're happy to help solve those issues where possible. That said, I've noted your feedback about this!
