When did you watch the stream as it can take 24-48 hours for them to appear on your account?

@makavellie Thank you for your reply. We completely understand that this is frustrating and that you feel this is not a hardware issue.

We do have to fully rule out your system though, in order to do this would you be willing to send us your system files.
