Thank you for reaching out about this notification bug you are experiencing.
This is something we are aware of and there is a workaround:
Go to the "Options", then to "User Interface", scroll down, and tick "Remove all 'new' icons".
The game needs to be restarted afterward and it should remove all the new notifications.

Does this happen in the same location in the game or is it completely random?
Do you have the console in a well-ventilated place?
Do you experience this issue if you use another Xbox Profile?
Do you experience any FPS or freezing issues in any other games?
