Sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue and as a result received a temporary ban. I am afraid we are unable to remove these bans.

Does this issue still happen if you run the game in borderless mode?

Did this issue begin when you started using aimlabs? Are you using any software on your PC to modify your mouse DPI?

Is the DPI set to 800 in-game? If you set your settings to default does the issue continue?
