If you're able to test on both consoles, I'd like to have you preform general troubleshooting for both Playstation 5, and Xbox Series X, then see if these overheating issues persist? Additionally, I'd like to know if this heating issue occurs at any specific point in game? Such as during a match, or simply sitting at the menu?

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to get more information. When you say 'they kick you', do you mean you get kicked from the match itself, and disconnected to the main menu? Furthermore, are you able to access your control settings without being in a match actively?

When I experience drops in fps, I found that it may also help to ensure that any unnecessary background applications are disabled while playing. Give this a try as well!
