Do note that while we're unable to affect match history, our teams still are able to handle DDOS reports sent into us, with the proper information. These reports are preferred to be handled over tickets so more details can be gathered. Please create a new ticket with our dedicated support teams regarding this kind of report!

Looking into your account, I am able to see the reset. These resets occur when an account receives an MMR rollback large enough to set its MMR much further away from its intended rating. Essentially, it allows you to start fresh. Rather than being hit with a massive rollback which sets you way further behind. The system gives you a fresh start at an even MMR opposed to what you would have been, should the rollback have occurred normally. If so, do you see any specific error messages more often than others? I'd like to know which, if this is the case!

Hello there, CoqBoi! It may be possible that you've downloaded the game on an entirely separate drive. Do you know if you've downloaded Siege on a separate drive than the one which Ubisoft Connect is installed on? If so, it may be a good idea to get the game and Connect launcher on the same one!

Hello there, fireixii1971! I looked into your account, and I can see the first time you've played Siege on the account you've made your forum post with was today! This leads me to believe you may have played Siege on an entirely different Ubisoft account. If you can recall any other Ubisoft, or PSN accounts you may have played Siege on previously, this might clear the confusion up some!
