Hello there, bogibatina! I'm sorry to hear you're unable to play Siege after purchasing it due to this error. If you're unable to enter this key as it was not made for your region, you'd need to reach out to your original retailer for a replacement / refund, as Ubisoft Support is unable to provide game keys, or assistance for purchases not made on our store.

Hey there, CZanubis0009. I'm sorry to hear about these freezes within The Division 2. I'd like to see if the troubleshooting steps found within this FAQ help resolve some of these crashing issues. With that said, though - you mentioned knowing about this for a long time. This makes me think this isn't simply random crashing - can you explain where in-game you're encountering this, if it appears to be consistently at the same spot?

Hello there, Defunter! Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear this skin's missing. I do know the unlock requires Blacklist to have been played. Could you try launching blacklist and play long enough to create a save at this time, then see if you're still unable to obtain the skin for the P90?

Hello there, Oscarhoop! As well as everyone else who's curious about this - we're absolutely able to restore deleted characters, so long as we're able to catch them soon after deletion! (If I recall correctly, we don't suggest waiting over two weeks - a month to reach out regarding restoring a deleted character.

Of course, with that being said, I've restored your deleted character and you should now be able to play on them again! Give it a look to see if things are proper, Oscarhoop!

You mentioned you were kicked mid match but also mentioned there being a match which was cancelled - could you clarify if you played in two different matches around this time?

I'd like to check to see if you've tried completely closing Ubisoft connect, and re-launching it as administrator. I'd also like to have you try this with Siege, as well!

Hello there! Thank you for reaching out with this. I'm sorry to hear that Siege is causing your CPU to run at 100%! Do note this is something our team has been aware of and are looking into. A few players reported that the steps listed below have helped them:

Set vsync to 60Hz lock the FPS to 120 OR deactivate Vysnc completely and lock the FPS to 120.
=> Inside R6 menu: Options -> Display -> Refresh Rate
=> Nvidia control panel: Manage 3D settings -> Global Settings -> Vsync -> Force On

Hey there, IIZeroHonor. Sorry to hear you ran into this and encountered such a lengthy ban. Might this have happened before at all? Support is unable to affect the status of temporary sanctions. It's important you only play while you're able to access clear internet connections in order to avoid such penalties.

Hello there, Jabador! In our FAQ for the contents in each edition of Siege, you can see that each edition of the game does not come with the 20 legacy operators automatically unlocked. You'll need to unlock them by means of renown or credit!
