Sorry to hear that you are having trouble launching the game following an update.

Can I check that you continue to have trouble after restarting your device?

I would also recommend to complete our PC troubleshooting guide to configure your device for the game.

Any trouble just let us know

As you advised this affected the other save I would definitely recommend to follow the steps in that article to verify your files.

I am sorry for the confusion and my misunderstanding.

The audio issue you are describing is not one we are aware of and for this reason I understand you already advised you wouldn't be attaching a video but it would be great if you are able to do so as we are more than happy to investigate this in detail.

With regards to Reda's quests would it be possible to share an image of what you see?
