I am sorry for the confusion and my misunderstanding.

The audio issue you are describing is not one we are aware of and for this reason I understand you already advised you wouldn't be attaching a video but it would be great if you are able to do so as we are more than happy to investigate this in detail.

With regards to Reda's quests would it be possible to share an image of what you see?

Thank you for this information, it is strange to hear you this was not an issue when playing on the device itself.

Can I check if you now go back to using your notebook does this issue happen again?
