I experienced it with the Item 1-2-1 (Official small ramp item) on blocks 5-5-1-1 ("OpenTechRoadStraight", Straight platform road with gras on both sides) and 5-1-1-1 ("PlatformTechBase"). It seems to also depend on the absolute position and most likely also happens on other blocks.
It can happen in both directions, transition from block to ramp (car clips into ramp and jump up as seen in video below) and transition from ramp to block (car clips into the ground of the block and then jumps up after some time).

the MMR issue started on The eighteenth of july and then the next day it happened again and I guess there was a maintenance a few days before that. it has never happened before the maintenance so this is the first time it happened

I am afraid when it comes to PSN Trophy's we do not have control to unlock them for you. All I can suggest would be to try completing the requirements again, if that fails I would suggest contacting Sony.
