While playing there's no problem in either mode, but I usually have TM running in the background for a couple of quick laps every now and then while working. And having TM running in a fullscreen window behind my other windows is kind of distracting
With real fullscreen mode the window gets minimized when I alt-tab back to work. Real fullscreen works most of the time but after 3 or 4 alt-tabs it switches to borderless window for some reason....
