With real fullscreen mode the window gets minimized when I alt-tab back to work. Real fullscreen works most of the time but after 3 or 4 alt-tabs it switches to borderless window for some reason....

I can confirm you indeed have the deluxe version, it may just be during installation you are seeing the base game installing where the additional features of deluxe installed separately.
