To start off whever i play Division 2 my PC always lag, my GPU Usage is always above 80% no matter what settings i put. My CPU Usage is always under 50% and my i always have at least 12GB of RAM left. Sorry to hear you are having trouble with high ping in game. We have provided updates to the game that should make connectivity more stable. As this is still an issue for you I would advise trying the steps in this support article. Particularly looking at your port forwarding.

This should help prevent issues in the future but we are happy to help should you need us further

Depending on your antivirus you may be able to set rules on your antivirus firewall allowing you access with it on.

Sorry to hear this, if you use a different antivirus would it be possible for testing purposes to try running the game with your antivirus switched off?

It seems this is not limited to Bitdefender, would it be possible for testing purposes to try with your antivirus off. We will then know for sure if this is the cause

Finally after so much testing and searching the issue with the Anno History Collection Is solved.

I knew that the problem was on my side.

All the software and even windows are working correctly.

The problem was that my computer was to well protected.

The issue was situated in a small detail of my antivirus.

So the only thing I have to do is replace my cmos battery.
And maybe do a clean install of Windows 10 because it as been a while.
