Sorry to hear that you are having this trouble.
The error you are getting suggests that your Uplay PC is logged into an account that doesn't own Siege. Do you perhaps own any other Ubisoft accounts that could be currently logged in?
Would it be possible to try restarting your device and logging into Uplay PC fresh? If the game is a Steam edition would it be possible to do the same there?
