This issue was addressed in the latest update. Please add to this thread if, after ensuring that you've installed the latest version of the game, Fenrir still gets stuck underground, so I can reopen this issue with our teams.

@ddtoti Greetings ddtoti! I appreciate you reporting this error with your PS4 disc ejecting during "A Feast to Remember", but wish to apologize for the trouble caused by this. In order to begin troubleshooting their error, please complete our basic troubleshooting guide for the PS4. If you find that the game disc continues to eject during this specific mission after completing these steps, please update this thread with a video clip showing this happening.
