With that being said, would you be able to grab videos exhibiting this? I would be more than happy to ensure that they get reported to the relevant team(s). You can also upload them in a case at support.ubi.com, as this will allow for more detailed documentation in our system!

Considering the impact that performance problems like this can have on your overall gameplay experience, I can completely understand your frustration here. In your shoes, I would feel exactly the same. I also apologize for the disappointment that may have been caused by our team throughout this whole ordeal. It is justifiable why you would want to have more visibility on such an impacting issue, and I'm sorry that the lack of visibility has ultimately made you feel as if you aren't cared about.

Hello iKiNgZ_PT! I'm extremely sorry to hear that you've been having trouble loading up Rainbow Six Siege. I'm sure this has been annoying to deal with, especially since your friends aren't experiencing the problem themselves and it's ultimately preventing you from playing the game. Moving forward, I would first suggest rebuilding your console's database. You can find those steps here! That process acts like a computer disk defragmenter and will not affect your save data, so it would be great to try in this case to see if it helps get the game loaded up. Although I am not part of the development team, investigations on complex in-game issues can take time -- especially when they affect such a large amount of the game's playerbase. There may not be daily updates on the issue, but that doesn't mean it isn't a priority for the team and isn't actively being investigated. Hello there! I deeply apologize if you've been experiencing constant crashes in The Division 2. I'm also truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment you've experienced as a result, though your feelings are completely valid. I would be just as annoyed if I wasn't able to fully enjoy a game I had spent money on. With that being said, have you tried to complete any troubleshooting to see if those steps make any improvements with the crashing?
