Hi Squattangent0! I'm sorry to hear about the problems you have been experiencing in Rainbow Six Siege. My first recommendation would be to clear the cache on your Xbox. Due to the amount of data your cache can hold, it can sometimes get bogged down and lead to various in-game issues. To clear your cache, please unplug the console from the wall, wait at least two minutes, then plug it back in and restart your game. Hi DANIEL-BEST! My apologies for this inconvenience. This could be the result of the transition from Ubisoft Club to Ubisoft Connect, but it is tough to say for sure in this case. You had mentioned changing your connected PS4 account, does this mean you logged into a separate PSN account that also has Siege on it and noticed that you didn't have the skins unlocked?
