Hey everyone. I appreciate you each letting us know that you are continuing to be affected by this issue. I apologize if it seems that like we have not been working towards a resolution, but I can assure you that we have been collecting all of the information that we can as time has passed. Please know that we are actively investigating and as soon as we have an update, we will be sure to provide it.
If you have not already provided your DxDiag file, please create a ticket and provide the file to our teams to be able to forward this along for you. I have also added to the investigation that your hardcore characters have been affected by this as well.

Hello everyone! My sincerest apologies that your Hard Core character has been killed due to the Division 2 crashing and freezing. Our teams are currently investigating the crashing issues and are working towards a solution for this. I do deeply apologize that you have lost your hardcore character due to this.
