Hello, @justgekto! I am sorry to hear that your game was cancelled due to your mouse no longer moving. We do not have a way to remove a match from your statistics, I do apologize for the frustration this has caused you.

If you seem to notice the mouse issue happening more often, please try this troubleshooting guide to test if it helps with this. Thanks!

Hello there, @RCViper047! Thank you for reaching out about the crashing and freezing you have noticed particularly after a Windows update. Thank you also for the detailed information you have provided about the steps you have tried to resolve this. Just to confirm, I saw that you mentioned that after your most recent update verifying your game files and running the game as administrator helped resolve these crashes and freezes for you? Is this correct?

@kerkamint38 Thanks for those screenshots! You can take a video this way :

  1. Open the app you want to record.
  2. Press the Windows key + G at the same time to open the Game Bar dialog.
  3. Check the "Yes, this is a game" checkbox to load the Game Bar.
  4. Click on the Start Recording button (or Win + Alt + R) to begin capturing video. You'll find your recorded videos, which are MP4 files, under the Videos folder in a subfolder called Captures. I hope this helps!
