@jts913 Hello and welcome to the forums.

Once you have completed the River Raids, Vagn's map will show that Foreign Supplies have been exhausted, and you won't receive any more when completing River Raids. You will still receive other material such as leather or iron ore. 

Would you clarify if you see any additional Foreign Supply locations on the map?

To clarify, after you have completed these three quests, you no longer see any additional quests appear? I also recommend our general troubleshooting guide for the PS4. Let me know if you see any changes after trying these steps.

This is working as intended. The ability will be greyed out if the wolf is unable to be summoned at Eivor's current location. Are you noticing this behavior in all areas throughout England, France, or Ireland?
