Hiya Sanghy113! If you are missing any Ubisoft Rewards or other content in The Division 2 at the moment, this is due to the transition from Ubisoft Club to Ubisoft Connect and should only temporarily until the end of October when the change to Ubisoft Connect should be complete. All of your in-game items for every game are stored on your account and we have a record of when and how you attained it. We hope to update players soon via social media on when the missing in-game content has been completely resolved for everybody. - Were you in a solo or co-op session?
- Did you have multiple directives active at the same time?
- Where does the issue occur? (Specific Missions, Free Roam, Activities, etc.)
- Does the issue occur on a specific difficulty?
- Does the issue occur only when the armor gets completely broken or only partially broken (how many stacks of fragile armor)?
- Have you noticed any repair skills interfering with the effect of the directive?

Howdy EndlessSporatic!My apologies for the headaches Shock Traps and Turrets have been causing you. I completely understand this can be stressful to deal with, especially during heavy waves of enemies. So I can share this with my team, were you able to capture any video clips of you reproducing any of the issues shared?

Hi Wolf2K4Ever! From the time of your post, this would have been during the transition maintenance from Ubisoft Club and Uplay PC becoming Ubisoft Connect. Sorry for the difficulties during then, but there should now be new Core Challenges enabled with the updates to Ubisoft Connect you should have access to. If you have any trouble with challenges updating now, please try closing and reopening the Ubisoft Connect overlay.
