If you are missing any Ubisoft Rewards or other content in The Division 2 at the moment, this is due to the transition from Ubisoft Club to Ubisoft Connect and should only temporarily until the end of October when the change to Ubisoft Connect should be complete. All of your in-game items for every game are stored on your account and we have a record of when and how you attained it. - Were you in a solo or co-op session?
- Did you have multiple directives active at the same time?
- Where does the issue occur? (Specific Missions, Free Roam, Activities, etc.)
- Does the issue occur on a specific difficulty?
- Does the issue occur only when the armor gets completely broken or only partially broken (how many stacks of fragile armor)?
- Have you noticed any repair skills interfering with the effect of the directive?
