But I have already activated my first agent contract and still could only unlock one agent.

Also BP rewards missing (Kingdom Spectre, LFG player card, "Team Player" title, Explorgi; everything before and after is there).

This is what we’d expect after the first fix went out and I’m glad it worked for you. We’re working on getting you the stuff you’re missing now.

We’re still working on it. I can’t give you an exact ETA I’m afraid. As of this morning we feel good about the core code of the fix, next we need to finish the validation code, deploy it, then get the list of all affected players, apply the fix, then deploy the fixes to the different environments around the world.

So it’s definitely not going to be 1 hour, but I’m hopeful it’s less than 24 hours.

I’m just a producer & not one of the smart people working on the fix, but our approach actually seems pretty similar at a high level to what you’re suggesting. It’s just that when you’re dealing with this number of players & this amount of data things can become complicated.

When the team is deciding how to action your high level steps, they need to factor in all of the systems and account for ways it could go wrong so that the fix works cleanly and doesn’t have unintended consequences (for example, what would happen if you finished a game and earned a bunch of content half way through us running the fix program? Would it end up getting your account into a more complicated state or would everything be fine?)

You should just get them when we apply the fix. If you see the fix is live and you have played a game after it’s live (this step might be needed to trigger some things), but you still don’t have your stuff I would make a ticket then. Before then, there’s no need as the fix will come either way.

I’m sorry I can’t give you an exact timeline till we’re confident it’s fixed. This is complicated, but it’s our top priority. FWIW it took most of the night & a morning to fix the forward facing progress, but back granting has a few more steps & systems involved

You could even have them randomized and offered in the store to entice people to grab a good one when it's in the store for them. Like $10 for a 5 reward contract that takes a similar amount of time to unlock an agent. I just want to be working towards something that I can actually complete and feel like I'm getting more for my money. (And I honestly feel like battle passes end up being a bit of a whale trap/manipulative with tier skips)

I'm not sure! But unfortunately, it's not as simple as just slotting another contract in. A lot of dev time goes into building stuff like that, and we'd have to prioritize it against the bajillion other things we're asking our engineers to do. I think it's a super cool idea, though!

Yeah this was a weird condition that already existed in CB but didn't come to light until we added weekly missions for live. Appreciate your frustration though - I got hit with it myself for the new player missions and haven't been able to progress on one of them.

Status update: The fix was validated on staging and should be live soon as it makes it through the build process that I don't totally understand if I'm honest. (TLDR fix live very soon)

Huh, just had this reported to me through a different chat. I'll take a look, the dailies should have a 24hr duration, not 12. Something is off there and we'll take a look.
