Unfortunately, it's hard to describe. We use the terminology of "Bonus Gift" which can be thought of as "Additional Gift" instead of "Additional Snowflake Clear Token".

I've revised the terminology used in this thread to "Festive Reward Token" for clarity's sake.

I would not expect Compensation. Our collaboration with Amazon Prime is a timed thing. If there is time between Seasons then there is no active reward for that duration as there is no active collaboration in progress.

Amazon Prime is a service unto itself, not just a means of delivering World of Warships related content. Having that service is much larger than WoWs-related Prime Drops, though we certainly appreciate the value you place on them being there during an active season.

We have internal processes that are built to credit rewards or things when conditions are met. This is why the OP received a Coupon on the previous Anniversaries. The process saw his account reached [x] age and issued [stuff].

The process for the 7th anniversary is still being produced. It wasn't finished in time to credit [stuff] when his account reached [7] age. When the process is completed, he should be credited [stuff] at that time.

TLDR: We haven't finished coding the reward automation for a player who's 7 years into WoWs yet. We expect that it should be done soon and that the reward automation should address this situation at that time. Once the automation is set up, others reaching their 7th anniversary should receive rewards normally via the automated process.

I do have some additional info. I'm inquiring now for a fuller picture so I can be sure to understand context. When I have enough info to share, I'll let people know!

Update modifications occurs when you start ModStation and does not require reinstallation of the program, just run the program and, if necessary, apply the update previously installed modifications of the game.

I'm glad you've resolved your problem! There's no need to inform Customer Support if you're ok now!

I've heard this issue reported before. It might be driver-related?

Please contact Customer Support and bring the issue up with them to see if they can help.

Feel free to test this out and let me know what you find. Please remember that Festive Reward Tokens have no benefit other than clearing snowflakes. They disappear after the event ends.
