I'm curious how it compares to the other Operations which do not have the plane damage issue.

AP - Armor Piercing
HE - High Explosive

If you can get your AP shells to pen armor into a ship and detonate inside, then they are very helpful. There is some advanced understanding that comes along with this as your shells might over-pen (pass through the armor of the ship and out the other side), or shatter if the armor is too thick, or bounce if the armor is too angled.

As a general rule:

If a ship is showing a lot of broadside and is the same type as you (Cruiser -> Cruiser or Battleship -> Battleship) then AP is a good choice.


If a ship is well-angled or pointing at you, High Explosive is the safer, more consistant choice.

Yes, the consumable freezes your Depth Timer for the duration of use. It can be disadvantageous to use if you are at 0:00 Depth Timer remaining.

The consumable is best used while you have Depth Timer but recognize that you will be held underwater for longer than expected (ie: you can't surface for a significant period because of enemies nearby).

Daily missions cannot be completed in less than 6 battles. You might be missing out on some points if you are stopping early like that.

I like her, but she is super rough when bottom-tiered. Got her #1 NA back when the line was new, so she always has a special place in my heart.

The is a post-progression mechanic which continues to provide rewards for stages completed after Stage 50. I don't believe the stages are purchasable, but they are certainly available to complete via Dailies and Weeklies.

The Tokens will be reset the next time you opt into a Web Portal Event.

Actually, thanks go out to @Gaishu_Isshoku regarding the Enlarged Propeller Shaft change.

The DevBlog mentioned that Surface was now included, but didn't also mention that Max Depth was no longer included. He caught that on his own which was super good to know.
