A new Clan Building will come available that is Supership related. Can't recall the update it releases off the top of my head, atm.
The other clan buildings will still be around.

How to reproduce: Exact steps need to be made to reproduce the issue Example: Take Iowa battleship with spotting-aircraft equipped. Go in battle. Try to launch spotting-aircraft
Result: What's the result of the issue. Example: After pressing spotting-aircraft activating button you can hear an aircraft sound but nothing happens, the aircraft stands still.

In all fairness, at least175 of them were made. Many got solid historical reputations and make for fun additions to the game.
Agincourt is one of my favorite low-tier Premiums, for sure. I also enjoy Mikasa and K. Albert
But I take your point. The lack of modification choices at low tier also means that low-tier premiums inherently have fewer customizable options. Even tier 4's only get 2 slots for modifications. No radar, no hydro, no DFAA... all these things mean that low-tier ships tend to play more or less the same - which is a GOOD thing when the low tiers are intended to introduce you to and familiarize you with the mechanics of the game.
But we will add it to our feedback: MOAR LOW TIER PREMIUMS!!

We have a Container section in the armory which tends to offer some older Containers with collection items in them. That would be a place to watch, but I don't have any timelines to offer.
As @utgotyesaid, some events include older content as well so you might keep your eyes out during holidays for the former.
She would not be a Compensation alternative as Free XP is not a resource being offered.
You should be able to acquire a Tier 10 ship with:

Steel
Research Bureau Points
Coal

We are not offering Free XP as a Compensation option.
The Clan Building will be the only means of Service Cost Reduction available in the game after the change.
