There are no plans to add active pause (as in, pausing the game while still allowing you to build and do things). This would take a lot of work under the hood to enable, and we would at this time rather tackle some other issues and feedback from players. Sorry!

It does not have an ESRB rating, as it is a digital only release in North America, but it is rated for Teens in most regions where a rating has been given.

Is this through Uplay? It's not possible to gift items on Uplay so this wouldn't be possible unfortunately. The pass will be downloaded to whichever account is signed in at the time, you are not given a code.

Since the trial period has ended on December 18th, you can no longer play the trial version.

sorry to hear you had issue with downloading Anno 1800 after your purchase.

The client for the trial version and the final game are different (the trial version, for example, is limited in scope) - which requires the main game to be downloaded separately.
For the same reason, savegames from the trial version are not compatible with the main game.

Whatever price you see in Uplay or Epig Games Store, is the correct price for you/ your region at that time. If you see a different pricce somewhere else, the latetr would be wrong.
