No that is not possible and would be a manipulation of the server list if found a way around, which is a ToS violation that would lead to the server being removed from the server list. We wish our players to not be deceived when choosing a server by the time the server currently is on, which most players do. Changing that is unfair to other server admins and players don't get what they expected, ultimately affecting their game experience.

Eco does not support Family Sharing for technical reasons. It is not possible to play with a different Steam ID, as you would play as the same character the original person does, due to this game not being a Steam only game and using third-party account servers. Additionally, we allow linking of Steam Accounts to our website, to receive the game there (and the other way round). Due to how Steam works, a person that has a game family shared could link their account to our website as well and get a free, permanent version of Eco via linking their family-shared account. This is a steam limitation we cannot change.

If you're on a busier server people like the flavored ashlar and mortared stone so things like granite, shale, etc are also useful and they're in different places.

Ecology will be one of our next big focuses, we know there is a lot to do there!

there better be different stages of boats, like row boats, recreational boats and then late game haulers

There will be, but not all stages will likely be in the introductionary update. You'll at least see a small rowboat and a barge.

Doesn't make much sense to make a massive bridge across the ocean just for resources on other continents. IRL we do it with boats

We're soon there! Though you'll likely still see bridges, as boats aren't necessarily superior. Also, given scale difference, a continent in Eco is not really a continent.

Only the pinnacle of modern infrastructure it's fine take your time SLG.

I'm just hoping the worldgen gets updated for boats, too. I can't imagine most of the rivers handling them very well.

The basic boats should be fine on the current rivers as far as I saw, we hence do not plan changes to the rivers. Most boats are meant for travelling the 'oceans'.

In regards to trains I unfortunately can only repeat that it's not safe they will come at all, but if they do, then extremely unlikely before end of EA.

The current use of carts and stockpiles to fast-transfer items from the bottom of a mine to the top or to replace usage of carts by teleporting over the world is not intended and considered an exploit. Insofar this will be fixed and severely restricted to only be what it is intended to be, a small range tool for resorting your stockpiles.

Newer and more specialized storage options also will work differently in a way I can't yet elaborate on.

No, that I don't mean :)

Both carts and stockpiles, yes.

Greenhouses are not currently planned, but could be back on the table when we work on the farming revamp.

You currently can only over hover your account in the Economy screen (Y), showing the last 50 transaction on that bank account. More statistics on economic matters are definitely planned, but don't have an ETA currently. (We actually got near to zero economic info yet, so that's definitely something we'll be taking a look on)

Sounds like they don't own the game to me.

Conveyor belts are planned long-term, but only with a very limited scope. They will likely only work over a short distance in a factory. No plans for minecarts yet, would likely be part of trains, which is unlikely before end of EA at least.

A cargo lift is not specifically planned, but one way to provide a replacement for when item teleporting is fixed.

We do not have plans for an early machine era digging machine at this point.

Water transport vehicles were announced a month back and are coming soon.

That's a longterm project that will be released in many small updates.

No, and at least as far as that goes, we also won't introduce keybind options that allow you to 'walk away'. The big redwoods are intended to be a pain to chop :)
