I believe there was some mention of trains as well?
Trains are not confirmed and if we do them, then extremely likely after final release.

When is the next major update?
I can't tell that yet, but definately not before the second half of 2021.
Please create a Economy.eco in your config files and add the following:

By default it's a randomly chosen area where there is natural food nearby that changes every 5 minutes. You can set spawn to a specific point, either highest block or a specific height.
No, boats have not yet been added, we expect them to arrive with the next major update.
I'm really impressed, after the next update which should be soon says steam. making a canal for boats would be soo beautiful! Are you using any mods?
Boats are not part of 9.3 or 9.4, just in case you thought that.
As far as I'm aware the only difference (besides crafting recipes) is that they have different tiers. So if you will need the correct tier pipe when you use pipes on tables placed inside rooms.
Exactly, plus they don't connect.
It's really hard to pollute meaningfully. One server I was in a group of three that dominated smelting and upper-tier manufacturing. We kept all our tailings aboveground in stockpiles because we had nowhere else to put them yet and it did very little damage, and recovered completely after just a few days.
And as far as CO2 I've still never seen a server exceed what the plants could remove
Edit: thr most ecological damage I've ever actually seen is people almost wiping out alligators because there's so few of them anyways
We were even chopping down old growth redwoods exclusively and it made no real difference. I think it was a 2 km2 world
Tell Sea-Otter that.
Can you try if it shows up after a client restart?
Otherwise, we could use your feedback on this issue: https://github.com/StrangeLoopGames/EcoIssues/issues/20267
Yes, we will introduce an option for that.
Both of that is planned, not for one of the next updates, though.
No, it doesn't.
Please read the rules for server advertisements. Post removed.
In my opinion, devs should boost pollution of bloomery, doesn't make sense that blast furnace making a lot of more pollution.
We will.
Thanks for your quick answer, my question was more focus in " if i buy the game now if you ever start supporting Linux natively will i be able to use the native client without paying again
Yes.
