Hi all. After chatting with the team, we're looking to gather more information from players who have been experiencing new and/or worse latency/lag spikes/rubber-banding issues in ESO since the beginning of May 2024 (when the emergent issues in this thread were initially reported.) To help us with our ongoing investigation, could you please answer the following questions?

• What server/platform do you play on?
• What is the nature of the issues you started experiencing or noticed got worse after the beginning of May 2024?
(ex. did characters rubberband/warp, did abilities get delayed/fail to fire, etc.)

Hi all! We have an update on this. We expect the plushies to arrive at our fulfilment center in the United States within the next couple weeks and are on track to begin shipping out orders later this month (July). As mentioned in our last email about this item, we will be covering costs to ship it to you. As an additional thanks for your patience and to make up for the wait, we would also like to give you the Clan Mother Tadali in-game Houseguest. We will follow up in a separate email later this month with more details. We will follow up with tracking information as soon as we have it. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding while we worked through these unforeseen delays.

I have a 4K Monitor and the Launcher is now very tiny. Edit: Typo

So if you click the head icon on the upper right of the launcher (it's hard to see on the small launcher) you should see some new choices on resolution scaling. You should be able to scale the resolution size there.

Hi All! We're planning out the next few Developer Deep Dives and we want you to choose which of the highlighted poll topics we tackle first. For those unfamiliar with the developer deep dives, it's a blog series where ESO Dev Team members discuss various elements of ESO game design in detail. Players get to learn about our development process and philosophy and our dev team gets to nerd out a bit. For the next Developer Deep Dive, you get to vote on next blog focus out of the three topics below.

• Item Sets
• Delves and Public Dungeons
• Stand-alone quests
(non-zone story quests)

Hi all, we’re following up on some reports regarding Xbox and PlayStation players encountering a rarely occurring crash when interacting with the Crown Crate screen. We are working on investigating a solution to this issue. However, we do currently have workarounds for both Xbox and PlayStation players. Hello everyone, we have an update regarding the new patcher rollout. Over the last few months, we have been rolling out the beta version of the new patcher for PC players to try and provide feedback. With that process complete, we are moving forward with updating everyone to the new patcher. This auto-update will occur on Wednesday, June 26 for all PC players. We encourage all PC players to update to the new patcher now to avoid the day-of rush. With this update, no downtime is expected, but there will be a required update. Hi everyone! We have identified the issue on Xbox and PlayStation servers and are working on a fix. We plan to push this fix during the next console incremental patch, tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, July 10. Here's what you need to know, once the fix is live:

• If you had the Jubilee Steed and completed the "Jubilee Confetti Conveyor" achievement before, you will have the mount back and your achievement will once again be complete.
• If you had
partial progress towards the "Jubilee Confetti Conveyor" achievement completion, we will bump you back to where you were before the Update 42 launch on consoles.
• If you use Jubilee Confetti Packs before the fix goes live, you will lose that progress toward the "Jubilee Confetti Conveyor" achievement when it does. We encourage you not to use any additional Jubilee Confetti Packs until after the fix is live on July 10.
