There is an issue where you can't unequip an item that a Companion is wearing (double clicking on an equipment slot and dragging an item off an equipment slot sometimes don't work), but the workaround is to equip a different item to swap it out. Then you can take the item the Companion was wearing and put it on a different Companion. It's an annoying bug that only sometimes happens. Usually it's not an issue.

On Wednesday, February 19 beginning at 4:00am EST/9:00am UTC, we will be bringing down all ESO megaservers and the ESO store and account system for regularly scheduled quarterly backend datacenter fixes and updates. While we know this is frustrating given the previous maintenance earlier this month, this maintenance could not be combined with the previous one. So this maintenance timeframe is required. Hey, could you specify the time frame? is it the whole day, or parts of it? Which time zone?

Sure! So we will have a Guild Celebration that will take place over a few days. However, the Guild Summit part is one day. It will be on March 13. However, times are still being locked in. It will be friendly to North American working hours (EDT Timezone specifically by March 13) as our team will be hosting it, if that helps. But once we have times locked in, we will let everyone know.

We have determined that it was a malicious network attacks against the ESO service. Our teams are working to keep track of these and adapt with various types of mitigation. There will be additional ping times due to mitigation being active. Just wanted to be clear there.

Hi everyone. We recognize that the unexpected extended maintenance downtime yesterday resulted in some players being unable to log into the game until the following day, and missing out on daily login rewards and some daily Seals of Endeavor. To make up for this, we are doing the following on all servers:

• We are adding the Crown Lesson: Riding Capacity
(x3) reward to Day 8 of the Daily Login Rewards for March.
• On March 3 and 4, all daily Endeavor activities will grant double the usual amount of Seals of Endeavor.

All live game servers are now back online and open to players, and the newest Golden Pursuit "Love Calls in Tamriel" is now active. @ZOS_Kevin you mentioned that paint is extended by 8 hours. Does this mean extended by a FURTHER 8 hours - i.e. 8 hours beyond the 5pm estimated completion time? I'm just wondering if it's worth sticking around tonight, or not.

What would cause it to be this damned long?

We are working on some upgrades and those are taking longer than anticipated. So we need the extra time to make sure everything updates properly and we have proper time to test before we open the servers again. We know this is frustrating, but thank you for your patience while we work on this.
