The Elder Scrolls Online v9.2.6 fixes the issue where the silence from Negate Magic could persist on your character indefinitely, along with some adjustments to the Gibbering Shield and Blazing Shield abilities and some fixes for a few Class Sets. We also have several fixes in Infinite Archive including bonuses from item sets not functioning or situations where your character could be teleported to empty areas, in addition to some fixes for the Group Finder. The size of this patch is approximately 152MB.

We are rebooting the PlayStation EU server on November 12 at 5:00 PM ET/10:00 PM GMT to address a back-end issue that may be causing connectivity and latency issues for some players. We expect the maintenance to be completed by 7:00 PM ET/12:00 AM GMT.

We just completed a hotfix on the PC/Mac servers to address an issue where the speed bonus granted from the Tentacular Motivation collectible was erroneously persisting outside of Infinite Archive; no download is required.

Hey both (and this applies to everyone), just a friendly reminder that we need to submit these tickets via "I have a character issue" or "I have an item issue". You can get there by choosing "In-Game Support" via our web support portal and choosing your platform.

These were all submitted as "Feedback/Bug" so they wouldn't have gotten a response. We got them in the right place now. :)

Yes, please. If you go to our help portal here, you can choose "In-Game Support" then choose your platform, and you will see "I have a character issue" and "I have an item issue". Either of those will work. Thank you!

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_Kevin I'm still experiencing trouble with the weekly endeavor. My main account's weekly endeavor meter got stuck on 6/8. Yesterday it displayed 6/8 and did not get any seals rewarded (even though it should've because I had earned 8 tickets since Monday) and today, after doing the first boss and getting my 2 tickets, it still displayed 6/8 and no seals rewarded.

The meter on my alt account was 8/8 yesterday and the seals rewarded. They've reverted back to 6/8 today and no progression after earning todays tickets. I'm not certain if the seals have been revoked.



@Feowyn13 could we trouble you to submit a Support Ticket so we can take a more in-depth look at your account? If you reply here with the ticket number, we can escalate it. Thank you!

Hi All, we posted an update regarding maintenance tomorrow that will turn trading back on tomorrow morning, barring any additional identified issues. If we come across an issue, we will update here. Below is a full quote of the maintenance update. Thank you all for your continued patience.

Hi everyone!

Thanks so much for all the helpful information and reports about this issue. The core issue is fixed, including Daily Endeavors, and this will resolve itself for those affected when the weekly Endeavors roll over on Monday for PC NA and PC EU. This issue should not appear on consoles when we launch Update 40.

We also want to stress that we are not treating this as an exploit - it is okay if you complete some additional Endeavors this week due to this issue.

Thanks @evymyu233 - just wanted to clarify that the tooltip text here is inaccurate and should state you need to own the Necrom Chapter (not Greymoor). We'll make sure this gets fixed in a future patch.

We have temporarily turned off player trading on the PC NA and PC EU servers while we investigate an issue. Attempting to trade while player trading is off will result in a "Trade failed" error message. This is expected.

We will provide an update sometime tomorrow (Nov. 2). Thank you all for your patience.

Hi all, providing another update regarding the Seals of Endeavors issue. Through our investigations, we have found that no one is missing Seals. We are seeing some players may be getting duplicate seals, but we are monitoring the difference in amount to account for those who may have accidentally gotten duplicates versus anyone actively trying to exploit.

Regarding daily endeavors, those have all reset and working as intended. For existing weeklies, while you can still work toward completing these, the UI count may be off. Again, we are monitoring for accidental duplicate completions versus anyone actively trying to exploit. We will have an update when we have a solution ready for the UI issue for weeklies.

Lastly, we are working toward a fix for console so this issue does not occur for launch. Thanks again for your assistance and patience as we work out this issue.
