Welcome to The Elder Scrolls Online PTS v10.3.1! This week, Cyrodiil Champions Vengeance Campaign is available for PTS Testing! The Vengeance Campaign is focused on reducing server complexity, thus cutting down on server stress during mass battles. However for PTS, the focus is on functionality. We are testing to make sure the system works functionally, so when the test goes live after Update 45 launches, everyone has the best environment to play in. Additionally, Jester’s Festive is available for testing for week 2 of the Update 45 PTS Cycle. Let’s make a list of where they are and why they are still there in January (wrong answers only): 1. Pumpkins on bridge outside of the Mages guild in Wayrest (Magic seeped out of guild hall allowing pumpkins to germinate in stone.) 2. Wicker arch over door at Rimmen bank (Icereach Coven is their biggest depositer.) 3. Shornhelm bank above the fireplace has Wicker arch and jack-o-lanterns. ( Branch manager is clearly a witch and everyday is Witches Festival there.)

Hi all, just wanted to provide a quick follow up before heading out for the weekend. We are getting close to finalizing the survey that we will share here in the coming weeks to better track some of this information regarding lag and connection issues. We took a look at the survey yesterday and are making some changes to wording before building it out and getting it in your hands. The survey will also help when tracking what are strictly performance issues versus what is happening during a DDOS attack or during attempted measures against those attacks. As a reminder, the survey is meant to get your direct instances of issues and specific feedback directly to our teams working on improving your general play experience. The understanding is the outfit should not change. It is just being converted to a costume. But we will pass this on to the team just to make sure they are aware of not changing the way things look.

Just wanted to follow up here. We just had Studio Director, Matt Firor post a community update about some of the DDoS attacks that have been happening. Link to statement is here.

Everyone, just a few quick updates to concerns from the community over the weekend. First, in the Update 45 preview article, which we published to support the preview livestream, we told everyone that the new Dungeons would be available for ESO Plus members, but didn't list the other ways that it will be available. We apologize for the confusion, and want to provide more of an explanation of what's going on. Because 2025 is a transition year between the old Chapter model and our new model evolution for ESO, this year (2025) will have some aspects of Chapters and some of the new cadence. Next year (2026), we will fully implement the new model, which we will talk about more this April. For now, please know that you will be able to purchase the Update 45 dungeons using Crowns (plus other ways) as well as access through ESO Plus membership. Welcome to The Elder Scrolls Online v10.3.0! This PTS cycle is testing everything coming with Update 45, along with a few items coming in future updates. You can expect two brand new dungeons, new homes, new furnishings, new gear to earn, the new prologue quest and several quality-of-life improvements for the base game. Additionally, there are some incremental combat changes and general bug fixes. The two new dungeons, Exiled Redoubt and Lep Seclusa, explore some of the more broad implications of the Three Banners War from a story perspective, while offering new challenges to those of you up for the task. The prologue quest sees the resurgence of a once defeated foe in The Worm Cult wandering Tamriel once again. Just following up here. We've noticed a spike in malicious activity targeting our servers. So we made some adjustments to counter this. You may experience decreased game performance while these adjustments are in place. We’ll continue to monitor and adjust as needed. Thanks for your patience.

Hi All, for those using the individual ESO Client, NVIDIA has patched the NVIDIA App and is noting things should be working for as intended now. Here are the steps to follow: Close ESO if you are playing. Close and restart the NVIDIA App (Note: NOT GeForce NOW. You need to use the NVIDIA App) NVIDIA App --> Settings --> SCAN NOW to pick up your games. You will now see ESO in the Graphics tab with all other games. Just a note, with this patch to the NVIDIA app, the timer may reset, so you may have to play the 50 minutes again to get the mount. Those playing on Steam or Epic, new codes will be uploaded tomorrow afternoon (Jan.9). Please check your NVIDIA App then. If you still do not see a code after that point, please let us know and place a ticket. We will work with you to resolve this. Again, please let us know if you run into issues, we can work with our teams to troubleshoot if that is the case. Thanks again, all.

• Those using the standalone ESO Client - We know this is frustrating, so thank you for hanging in there while we continue conversations with NVIDIA. We have been working with NVIDIA to resolve issues here and they believe they may have a fix. We are waiting for an update here. Please submit a CS ticket for your code if you have an NVIDIA graphics card and attempted the promo.
• Steam and Epic players - New codes will be uploaded tomorrow afternoon

@ZOS_Kevin Thanks for posting this January 2025 Monthly Roadmap! I am curious about what time the January 9 Livestream starts. I would like to rearrange schedule and watch it. Will it start at 1 PM EST like the December Livestream did? Twitch Drops Fest - OK, I logged into twitch.tv and cleaned up my streamers list. Multiple streamers I had watched play ESO in the past who are not streaming ESO now, so I unfollowed them. And I see on https://elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/streamers that several new streamers have been added. The roadmap picture shows drops of a mount and either a costume or style. And a Pan-Tamriel Celebration that overlaps a new Golden Pursuit? Whoa!...

Hey, an email went out a few minutes ago about this and the time was listed as 1 PM EDT. I came here to make sure y'all knew about that and to use EST since that is what we are in right now - but it turns out the time was technically accurate. 1 PM EDT is 2 PM EST, the time of the feed. I suppose not much will be off since people might show up an hour early if they go off the email. They wouldn't have missed the show. Anyway, that's what I had to say.

There was an error in that communication. It should have read "2PM EST". We have informed the team related to that communication and working on making that process more clear to avoid timing errors in the future. Thanks for flagging this.
