As for the Sirius permit, I opened a ticket with customer support, and they directly granted access to sirius for that account. They appear to be pretty backlogged and it took a couple of days. (Thanks CS! Not a complaint, just a heads up for others.)
Customer support did say that they are aware of the issue and are working on it.
