i already created this request through launcher. if u don't provide refund by stating term and conditions, i understand. but at least please value people's money. i spend money to play this game and i m not able to play it at all. it's fine if u don't refund me.... but at least provide good support to customer. i m not lying.And your support team can't response on current ticket? what's the point in going round and round again for basic support request?this is worst service. i have made mistake by purchasing this game.
