Hello everyone,
We are looking into the connectivity issues which have recently started affecting certain players in the UK. The issue lies somewhere on the route the connection takes before it reaches the EVE Online servers and we are yet to discover exactly where the source of the problem is but as far as we can tell from the reports we have received so far they are customers of Virgin Media ISP.
If you are based in the UK and have recently started experiencing regular disconnects from the game then please submit a support ticket under the Technical category with the following information:

We really need system specifications and as many details as possible to try and reproduce this.
Many thanks
We’re really sorry for the delay on this. I know how frustrating it is that it’s not working, as I want to use it too.
I can’t give a date, all I can say is that we have multiple people working on this and it’s being treated as a priority internally.
Thanks to everybody who participated! I applied 2M skill points to all participating characters on Singularity.
Trade balance is calculated as the total value of all ships and cargo items that enter the regions via gate jumps subtracted by the value of leaving ships and items. The balance does not consider those entering/leaving via wormholes or cynos, which is something we hope to add in the future.
This is a bug that is being addressed!
Let me see if I can’t get those three graphs for January for you guys.
We removed these three graphs as we feel it wasn’t giving enough value in the way it was being represented. It was more artwork than good data visualization.
That being said we are planning on adding those back into the next MER with a new and better version.

Issues:
It’s possible to destroy Elias (The Orca NPC) using smartbombs from another ship. I probed my alt in the NPE mining site with my main and smartbombed him to destroy him, this didn’t break the scenario though and he left no wreck/loot behind so nothing breaking there.

The clone jump bug should be fixed now on Singularity. No hacks needed.
FYI, you should be able to skip it in those cases through the ESC menu, as far as I know.
Hello everyone,
The Economic report for the month of January 2022 is now available.
We’re continuing iterations on the MER with a few notable changes. Pochven has been added to every regional metric. Net Imports and Net Exports have been merged into a single graph and the Decomposition of Trade Value in each group is not a part of this update and is being phased out....

Hi everyone,
In today’s news item we talk about the new mining adventure which has landed on Singularity. It extends the storyline established in the new player experience which released last September and delves further into the mystery surrounding the attack of the AIR station.
Why not jump on Singularity, spin up a new character and try it out for yourselves? We’d love to hear your impressions and any feedback you may have.
The clone jump issue is being worked on. Thanks to whoever sent a bug report about it!
As workaround: it is possible to jump from stations, only Upwell structures seem to be bugged.
Hey!
We are planning a mass test on Singularity on Thursday, February 24th, at 17:00 UTC (= EVE time)!
What exactly is being tested?
Several changes to our audio and graphics engine, most of them should have no direct visible or audible impact, but we need to test the performance (which should be even slightly better) and stability of the client:
How to connect to Singularity for this test:
Unfortunately the auto-start after downtime failed and it remained down until I came to the office in the morning at 10 and gave it a kick. Our DBA applied some fixes now and we hope that Singularity are starting fine during the weekend.
