In order for us to replicate this issue, was there a particular item you were dismantling that caused this crash, or a particular character you are playing as - or can you recreate it with any character and item you dismantle in the post-game reward screen?

Hello @ErPiRula sorry to see your NAT is disappearing in-game.

How often have you experienced this and when did you first start noticing this happening? Was it after a certain update or patch?

If you reboot your game, does the NAT status appear on another launch of the game?

Do you also have a screenshot of this from inside your game? This was an issue reported to us previously, but we had thought this issue had been fixed.

Hello @Amazingkiller47 thank you for your query.

Whilst there is cross-play available for the game, there is no cross progression available, so you can not carry your player progress or purchases to another platform.

I will however forward this feature suggestion to our For Honor team, thank you.

Hello everyone, thanks for reporting the sound issues you have encountered on certain maps.

In order for us to ask our For Honor QA team to replicate this, we need a video clip of this appearing in-game, and for you to confirm what update version of the game you are running in your main menu.

To send us a video clip of this happening in-game, please see these guides for each platform >>

Recording video clips on PC >
-Please use a program like Xbox Gamebar (installed on Windows 10/11), and press the Windows and G key to start recording a video clip
-When you have finished recording, you can find your clip in your 'Videos/Capture' folder
-Please post this clip to a hosting website such as YouTube or Imgur
-You should then be able to post the URL link to the video in this thread

In order for us to be able to check your progression and match history, we would need you to contact us privately about this issue so we can see your game data.

We don't recommend using a mobile hotspot for any of our games, as they tend not to have the most reliable connection for online play, which is why you will be experiencing connection and NAT issues, even if only For Honor.

Are you able to switch to a wired ethernet or wifi connection in your area instead, to see if the issue still exists? This may allow you to perform other troubleshooting such as port forwarding to strengthen your connection to our servers.

Do you happen to have any video recordings showing the game freezing but the sound and gameplay continuing?

Can I also ask if you have performed any troubleshooting on your PC, to see if this can resolve the issue? Cross-play is enabled by default in the settings of the game, but this also needs to be enabled on your friend's PS4 console settings too.

Cross-play is available for Brawl, Breach, Dominion, unranked Duel, Elimination, Skirmish and Tribute game modes.

If you have purchased a Battle Pass it may take up to 24 hours for this to be activated in your game.

If you have not received this in-game after a 24-hour wait,  we would need to take a look at your account in order to investigate the date the item was purchased/redeemed and if/when they were ever added to your account.

I have checked if we have received any reports regarding the temple gardens glitch, but I was not able to find anything. 😞 However, I would like to forward this to the team! Would you be able to provide us a video where the sound bug appears on Temple Gardens Point and in the dominion match with the ballistas!
