Since there's a ton of controllers on the market, please note that we generally don't officially support controller on PC just because the wide range of products would make it official to do so.

@KostlavII Thanks for the images. To further clarify the issue, did your scores for the Warrior Trials ever increase at any point? Or are they being locked to the score you received when you first played through them?

@MistaJwP So far as I'm aware, that shouldn't cause any issues unless you're trying to connect to a datacenter other than the one for those regions.
Since using a hotspot is out of the question, can you try using a VPN as well? This will have the same potential drawbacks that were outlined for hotspots, but should still serve the same purpose. Make sure you're VPNing into a server from your own region rather than a different one for the purposes of the test, please!

First, please double check our basic technical troubleshooting FAQ to make sure you've not skipped over everything, particular updating your GPU drivers.
I'd also recommend reinstalling For Honor once more, but this time navigate to where the game's directory was and manually delete any remaining files. Once done, try reinstalling the game while still running Connect as an administrator.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to connect for quite some time. Just for testing purposes, do you have a phone with data you could set up a hotspot for, then connect your computer to the phone data instead of the wifi?
It's not an ideal connection to play off and may not work, but it's just for testing purposes to see if it gives the same error code.
Ah I see. If you could replay one and capture the screen showing you should have it, that would be useful so we can get this reported and looked into.

I can't find any known issues related to these. Are you sure they aren't just based on you performance when replaying them? Did you see any other screen to say you had scored higher than an "F" for example?

Trophy progress doesn't always carry from PS4 > PS5 so if you completed some of the requirements on PS4, it's likely you'll need to re-do them all on PS5 for the trophy to trigger.
As for screenshots, anything you can grab is fine, including a tracker site.
