Just to confirm, is this your NAT that is showing as Red? Is this for all of you in the same region?

Does this stop you from joining each other and starting games?

Hello,

The penalty system is in place as it negatively effects other players if you fail to join or leave a game. The system is automatic, and regardless of the reason you will receive a penalty.

If you are seeing regular crashes, then you should speak with the Support team through one of the channels below:

The Starter Edition of For Honor is still available, it has not been discontinued for this title.

This is why the upgrade and change has no happened for this title as it did with Rainbow Six: Siege.

Hello there, Mild_Curry! Looking into your account, I can see two different instances of For Honor. One belongs to a steam account, and the other was recently purchased for Uplay. - could you let me know if you've got two different instances of For Honor in your Connect library? You may need to ensure you're selecting the correct one!
