Sorry to hear you have experienced this in game. While I understand this must be frustrating, if possible would you be able to capture a short video clip showing this occurring so we can see exactly how this affects your gameplay.?

Thanks for providing this feedback and sorry to hear you are experiencing this in game. If possible could you confirm whether you are using mouse & keyboard or a gamepad while playing the game.?Also, if possible would you be able to capture a short video clip showing how this occurs and we will be sure to get this forwarded for further investigation.

Thank you for reporting that to us, we're sorry to hear you've encountered this.

Just to confirm, does this occur from the start of the game or will it occur in the middle of a game?

Have you checked what it is set to in the Sound settings? For instance, if you have it set as Surround Sound and are using a Stereo Set-up this can cause this to occur.

If possible could you confirm whether this is a regular occurrence in game of if it appears to be a one off situation that was resolved when restarting your game.?

This can occur due to rights issues with the game, so the first thing we would advise is ensuring you have the game running with Administration rights via the steps in the guide here.
