Hey there, welcome to the forums!

The items on Tiers 3, 5, 8, 11, 15, 19, 25, 29, 33, 39, 45 and 49 are all Prime Gaming Exclusive rewards. You will need to redeem the Prime Gaming Loot reward by going to this website.

Redeem your Prime Gaming reward there, and you will be able to redeem those rewards when you reach that Battle Pass rank. Make sure to restart your game at least once after claiming the rewards to make sure that the game recognizes the status.

I appreciate the detailed post and reproduction steps. Would you also be able to post a video of you replicating this issue?

I totally agree that the game should be fun for everyone, regardless of control method - If there is an issue with the "feel" of AA, then I can report this up to the devs along with the repro steps and a video.

Hey Kjenium! I'm sorry you are experiencing this. Thankfully, we are investigating.

This issue, is it happening mid-match? Can you post us a screenshot of your in-game audio settings?

We may also need your system files as well, however the screenshot would be a good start.

Are you playing on PC? I can see that you have received the Bitcrowns as part of the premium battle pass on our end, so it's a bit odd you're not seeing them. Could you provide a screenshot as well?

Are you using any Anti-Virus software or any other software that might be conflicting with the game? We would certainly advise trying to start with a Clean Boot, to see if this is due to any third party programs. You can find steps for this in the Support Article here.
