Hey,

I'm sorry to hear it's giving you a message about Ubisoft+ expiring. Please can you go to this location on your PC and just let us know how many files you see in this folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership

If there is more than one, can you just double check you are signed in to the correct account that you usually play the game on?

If you still need assistance, we'll need to speak to you through a support ticket to look into this, so if you can just let us know how many files there was we'll create a ticket for you.

Can you also tell me when the game would crash? For example, when you first try to launch it, or during gameplay?

If you do happen to try the latest drivers again, and find that they are not working, can you also try our troubleshooting guide? In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game.

Hey there OneMezri, thanks for your post about this I'll be happy to share some guidance on how you might be able to solve this.

If the login box is coming up for you, that does suggest Ubisoft Connect is installed, so it could be that you've installed Ubisoft Connect with a previous Ubisoft game, to a different location than the default. As such, I'd recommend reinstalling Ubisoft Connect.
