Technically blessings have always been items in the code. Blessings are not going to start dropping as items that can be put in your inventory. Don’t read into that shot. It is possible to generate Blessing “items” using dev tools and it looks like that accidentally happened for the capture.

With a new Last Epoch season comes a new round of Twitch Drops. Season 2 is no different - only there are more drops than before and we’ve got an all new “Support-A-Creator” campaign. So let’s dive right in.
Twitch Drops will be available for all streamers to activate and the campaign will run between April 2nd - 7th. We’re going to be doing drops a little differently this time. Instead of locking drops to specific days, all drops will be obtained via cumulative viewing time.

We have those reports and are looking into them, please do keep submitting In Game Bug Reports when these issues occur and point out if it’s after a certain amount of playtime, on certain maps or with certain mobs or skills!
Controller targeting is getting a big update in Season 2. Dread Shade is a particularly tricky skill to have it target exactly what you want quickly and reliably. Depending on how you have it specialized, it will lock on to different target types. Generally this means that it will target a minion. We are still working on a better way for the player to target the specific minion that they want.
Dread shade is also getting a nice baseline buff that removes the fixed max duration.

So we have no intention of making this change at this time. It is possible to change our minds. The way you are attempting to do that is not effective. If you would like to accomplish your goal, here is my advice. I do understand that there is a language barrier here so I’m trying to help.
Stop using words like “commandment” or “final judgement”. You are offering a suggestion. Something about how forceful you’re phrasing things makes me want to do it even less.
“Because another game did it” is generally not a good argument. All of the systems works together and taking one element from another game and attempting to slot it in rarely works well.
Use the phrase “when x happens, I feel y”. Sometimes the best solution isn’t obvious and phrasing the problem this way gives us the ability to look at the issue from different angles. Telling us the solution limits the scope of our investigation.

TY for the comment. I have been to the observatory on my level 98 today, and also hit he little button to transfer all my stash materials, and moved my stash items (tab by tab). Please let me know if there is something specific I can do to make the NPCs show up in The Keeper's Camp.
The material transfer button was what I thought would do it.
It might require you to do something on one of the mains. Did you hit the transfer stash button yet? You might have to go to the observatory on a main too.
It should let you join CoF on your alt from the first town.
