Content Patch 0.7.4 focuses on the savagery of the Ancient Era. Dragons, dinosaurs, and… er… plants (they’re carnivorous!) roam the world of Eterra. To help you survive this perilous time, the patch also brings powerful new skills, trees, and improves mastery classes.
We are aiming to release Patch 0.7.4 during mid-November.
Rather than being an event contained entirely within the user interface, mastery classes are now chosen during a quest available at the End of Time. Mastery classes now immediately grant an exclusive skill and powerful passive bonuses when chosen.

I’m sorry to say that we don’t have any detailed info on when multiplayer will be available to beta players. It’s something that we work on every day and it’s our number one priority. If you check out our development forecast we are in Phase 2 right now and multiplayer is in Phase 3. I know that just brings up the question, “when is Phase 3?” and it’s the same answer, sorry, got nothing.
I can say that it is progressing. I know that means very little but it’s not just sitting at a road block or something so good news?

Previously in Last Epoch a Hardcore character would be deleted upon dying, but we heard from the community that this felt harsh when a character would die due to balance issues or bugs as a result of the game being in Early Access. In response to this feedback, we changed it just over a month ago so that hardcore characters that die simply become regular characters.

As Mike said on Discord, this is currently technically possible, however at the current time we don’t have offer any software which would do the work for you. The save data is stored in a file on macOS and within the Registry on Windows, which would be the main challenge in migrating save data. We do plan to move save data out of the Registry at some point in future.

Sorry about that! We’re currently re-writing the backend for various item systems to address issues such as this.
A lot of the item names are currently placeholder. The Acolyte’s Sceptre and Iron Sceptre will be changed in 0.7.4, and there will be more substantial item name/art passes in later patches.

I’ve made note of the waypoint issue. The Lichskin issue is know, but hasn’t been a priority to fix yet since it only lasts for a few casts in new zones.

I’ve confirmed the issue with Arcane Avalanche and make a note of it.
The Focus bugs have been fixed for 0.7.4, though in the future please post bugs for different skills in separate threads. If the issue has already been reported you can just reply to the original thread or not post.
