We have a fix for at least some cases of this happening ready for our next patch. Could you provide some details just in case?
If it happens again, your log file would be helpful, as well as any runes or glyphs you used on the item.
I’ve just tested with an e-mail account from the same provider and I am receiving e-mails from our website. Have you tried checking your Spam folder to see if the e-mail is there?

Hey @Hex - I really like the look of that. The damage number performance issues were solved after a rewrite of the system so the display can look any way we like without issue now. I’ll put this in front of the team and see what we can do

This is a technical issue which we're investigating.
This wiki article lists the contents of our current series of supporter packs as well as those from our KickStarter campaign. We do have other MTX types planned, with one example being pet augments. Path of Exile's probably fairly representative of our plans, yes. :)
Last Epoch will be $15 at release.
Prior to release you can get a discounted prepurchase for $10.
We do indeed offer the option of upgrading supporter packs.
Please note that you can only upgrade a purchase while the pack you are upgrading to is available for purchase.

will you be able to play with the alpha accounts through Steam or do you need to make a new account when beta Launches?
You'll be able to link your Last Epoch and Steam accounts, however we will be performing a wipe when beta begins.
