To confirm, is the problem only with loading into this character or is there a problem loading into the game? Can you create a new character?

Sorry about this! Can you please upload your launcher’s log files? How long have you waited for it to complete? It’s very likely that it’s encountering an error but we have had reports of it taking a long while.

Do you have better performance on other classes? We have reports of people with capable hardware have poor performance in-game but it isn’t everyone. We’re still looking for a cause.

We have had reports of issues with the stash not saving properly so unfortunately it sounds like your stash is gone. We’re looking into this but we need to collect more information to find a cause, in the form of a log file. Sorry about this!

Thanks for the report! Unfortunately it’s not very easy to act on these types of issues-- if you can provide a log file after a session and describe your build that would help a lot! If you can look for any similar issues on other characters with different skills that would be great as well.

Sorry about this! Unfortunately the most helpful thing is to get a log file from when the issue happens so you’ll have to let us know if it happens again.

If you haven’t restarted the game since the issue happens you can still upload your log.
