Appreciate the report, @GeoGalvanic!

It may be prudent to bring this to the attention of the developers of the Discourse forum package. This is default functionality created by them - and I’d consider it relatively unlikely that our custom functionality is responsible for causing the problem.

Hi there,

While your CPU and RAM are both fine, unfortunately it seems that your video card doesn’t meet our minimum system requirements, so that will be limiting your system’s performance.

Yes; I’m aware.

But if the issue was caused by a server-side account issue, the other account would not have been. This is one of the reasons we do not believe it to be a server-side account issue.

There will be wipes both at the start of beta and at release.

Though it’s worth noting that offline characters will never be brought online.

Last Epoch supports Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Unfortunately this is being caused by a known issue our service provider is experiencing. Certain regions of Europe are being automatically connected to a server which is experiencing abnormally slow speeds. I’ll contact them to try to get an update on the situation.

We would love to have as many people playing Last Epoch as possible. :slight_smile:

We’re a small team with a limited budget, so unfortunately there is a limit to what we can invest in at once - and game development is already very expensive. We’ve got big plans for Last Epoch, but we need to avoid trying to do too much too soon. Hope you understand.

Last Epoch is currently only available in the English language.

We will be exploring various translation options after the game is released next year.

Happy to let you know that the payment completed, but I can’t claim any credit for the issue being resolved. PayPal delayed the payment, and they then completed it.

The current packs do not include the Skullen. Beta will be available for the same price ($35), but the extras included will be different depending on if you buy a pack now or at Beta launch.

Apologies for the delay as we investigate this.

Our current troubleshooting involves making changes to the Windows Registry, so we’re going to test this with one or two people first and only roll this out if it’s consistently useful.

I don’t believe the issue is related to account information saved server-side. If it was, the other account you created previously and tested with would not have been likewise affected.
