I agree. I would pay top dollar to be John Wick in league.
Fun Fact: Kai'Sa's name in very early dev was John Click. Totally different kit and playstyle, still liked the name though.

What's the context on shoehorning Xin-zhao into some weird ass, clunky AP/On-Hit/Crit monstrosity?
AP Xin is not supposed to be his primary build, neither is crit. He just has some additional options because we were already working on him. I suspect Bruiser/Assassiny Xin will remain the strongest version of that character
What is 1st best build if I may ask and if You are allowed to reveal such stat?
Titanic Rush at 58%
Holy f**k thank god its just a urgot revert
For context, Titanic was ~58% and Stridebreaker (the 2nd best build) is getting nerfs and it's strong but not nearly so close
Finally no need to get up from bed anymore. \o/
This is the first nerf I believe Lillia’s gotten since release
The end of an era :(
TP change has shipped on PBE, CD from 420-240 to 420-210, MS from 30/40/50% to 50%
Edit: It removes homeguard MS now
Note, this is an adjustment since TP removes Homeguards (both respawn and post 20-min).
Absolutely love it 💖
Boss what are proposed nerfs to Gnar?
How does the team decide to just revert a buff vs. analysing a champion deeper?
Not sure about what the Gnar nerfs are.
If the buff had side effects that we didn't predict that are undesirable (eg. enabling a new certain combo/pattern), or they buffed the wrong thing (eg. we were targeting a pro nerf, but it had no effect in pro), then that's when we'd consider reverting.
There's a few changes here that have been missed.
This is intended to be a decent buff. The Q buff is very large [you get 3 Q's every time you would have gotten 2 Q's on Live].

agreed. I've clarified
Yeah I think the question I was asked on-stream was more about off builds/secondary builds but was worded as build diversity. Build diversity on a champions main, intended build(s) is good, but worrying about enabling secondary/off builds is a waste of time imo
We can judge what is worth our time investment and what isn't
For example, AD kat (until the nerf to the kraken interaction) made up a good half of her play rate - and at the same time her playrate roughly tripled from ~4% to 12%. All this while being worse than her AP build winrate wise. It's pretty clear that players enjoyed the alternative build. As for time investment, its a bit hard to judge since it piggy backed on necessary AP work (without on-hits to support Lichbane and Nashors, Katarina was out a viable AP build order on SRI), and therefore costed a minimal amount of effort.
Yo just for clarity:
I'm not saying that AP Twitch and AD Kat are a plague and must be purged from the game. They exist, whatever; I'm mostly indifferent. I'd say I only start to take an issue if balance decisions are made with a priority on making these builds playable when other things should be more important
Off builds are not really in the same boat as build diversity
ex: You can choose to build AD as Kat vs You can choose among multiple mythics and many more AP legendaries as Kat each time you shop to customize your build for the given game/playstyle
I remember you casting in EU and on the next day high fiving winner of some game in NA in the audience. I was like: was that Quickshot? Naaaah couldn't be, he was casting EU yesterday, then checked chat and learned everyone was mindf**ked. I even remember one of the players high fiving was like: wait, what are You doing here, am I in a wrong studio or what?
What a blast from the past. I think it was Cloud 9 who won and Hai or Meteos maybe turned all confused when they saw me. I completely forgot this when happened!!! Thanks for the throwback.
You’re god damn right, im the janitor of the facility, I am definitely part of the puzzle 🙋♂️😆
I hope you're actually the janitor and let me say thank you! Everyone in the studio is super supportive and invested in what we're doing.
Actually while you are on this, take a look at the other videos he posted, some of them are pretty insane bug, the most recent ones like kled doesn’t get full health bar from skarrl, Jayce duplicate manamune, graves smoke generate a invisible unit etc.
The item ones Im aware of, the kled one as well (which I think we micropatched but dont hold me to it).
Ill take a look and see though.
There is a video that explains this bug, if rell kills an enemy with no vision using her ult, this happens, linking the video here
This is super helpful. Ill get a fix in for this monday morning.
Hey there! I think I know what might have caused this, but can you tell me what happened to that aatrox earlier in this game/teamfight?
LS casted a game with CaptainFlowers, dunno if it was during LCS or an amateur tournament.
Was defs an Amateur tournament for that one and I'm not sure what setup they were using.
Not an engineer, but can't imagine sync'ing up a cast would be practically possible, let alone what other routing/computer magic would have to happen to even attempt it.
We all miss international casts, but sadly I think trying to cast a live game remote across such a massive distance is way too big a technical feat.
yeah I remember in the early seasons we had this already with Jatt and phreak sometimes coming to EU LCS and Quickshot, Deman going to NA lcs for a week. Great crossovers.
What are the odds any old school viewers will remember me leaving a Gambit playoff series that was running into 1/2am (Genja just got a pentakill?) flying to LA and then casting a TSM series where Bjergsen got a pentakill? One of the CRAZIEST weekends of my life, and coolest. Weird thing, I only remember who won the series but not their opponents lol. It's really cool to see how the scene and leagues have evolved since then and that we're still able to create surprises that kick ass like Kobe / Caedrel swap.
